Using the new II, operators no longer have to be concerned with aligning and tightening the blades because the new cartridge is pretensioned. Interchanging the blades is a simple pop-in/pop-out procedure, saving time, minimizing risk of injury and ensuring proper blade width and tension for a consistent quality cut.
In its upgrade to the II model, the Easy Chopper features a sizeable 4-square cutting area. Capable of handling larger produce, including the colossal onions, it saves labor by minimizing the need to precut foods into smaller portions before sending them through the chopper.
The larger size also includes a bowed leg design that allows the operator to place a two-quart round container directly underneath the blades.
Several different blade cartridges facilitate chopping, slicing and dicing in a variety of cut sizes. Commercial-grade aluminum and stainless steel construction promote durability and lasting performance in the toughest kitchens.
